شروط الاستخدام — كمسترا

1. القبول
باستخدامك لعبة «كمسترا» فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق فلا تستخدمها.
2. الترخيص
نمنحك ترخيصاً شخصياً غير حصري وغير قابل للنقل لاستخدام اللعبة للترفيه الشخصي.
3. القيود
لا يجوز نسخ اللعبة أو إعادة توزيعها أو بيعها أو الهندسة العكسية لها أو استخدام أي جزء منها تجارياً دون إذن مكتوب منّا، إلا بما يسمح به النظام.
4. لا مقامرة
اللعبة للترفيه فقط. لا تتضمن نقوداً حقيقية ولا جوائز، والنقاط داخلها افتراضية بلا قيمة مالية.
5. الملكية
اللعبة وتصاميمها واسمها © 2026 YAM BYTE. تُستخدم بعض المكونات (مثل خط IBM Plex Sans Arabic) بموجب تراخيصها الخاصة، وتفاصيلها في ملف الإشعارات داخل التطبيق.
6. إخلاء الضمان
تُقدَّم اللعبة «كما هي» دون ضمانات من أي نوع في حدود ما يسمح به النظام.
7. حدود المسؤولية
لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي أضرار غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام اللعبة، بالقدر الذي يسمح به النظام المعمول به.
8. التعديل والإنهاء
قد نعدّل هذه الشروط أو نوقف اللعبة، وسيظهر تاريخ التحديث.
9. القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.

By using the game “Kamstra” you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the game for personal entertainment.
3. Restrictions
You may not copy, redistribute, sell or reverse-engineer the game, or use any part of it commercially, without our written permission, except as permitted by law.
4. No gambling
The game is for entertainment only. It involves no real money and no prizes, and the points inside it are virtual and have no monetary value.
5. Ownership
The game, its designs and its name are © 2026 YAM BYTE. Some components (such as the IBM Plex Sans Arabic font) are used under their own licences, detailed in the notices file inside the app.
6. Disclaimer of warranty
The game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of the game, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Changes and termination
We may change these terms or discontinue the game, and the update date will appear at the top.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
